Refund policy

At Restoration Home, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return the item(s) within 30 days of receipt for a refund or exchange.

Please note that we do not accept returns on fabrics that have been cut from the roll. Once the fabric has been cut by the customer, it cannot be returned. Additionally, we cannot accept returns on clearance or sale items.

We do offer exchanges free of charge. To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer service team at hello@restorationhome.co.za. We will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions on how to proceed with your exchange.

For refunds, the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. To initiate a return for a refund, please contact our customer service team at hello@restorationhome.co.za. We will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions on how to proceed with your return.

To be eligible for a refund or exchange, the item(s) must be in their original, unused condition, and in their original packaging. Please allow 7-10 business days for your refund to be processed.

If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at hello@restorationhome.co.za so we can arrange for a replacement or refund.
